4. Membership Fees and Payment

Participants must maintain professional behavior at all events. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal and membership termination.

8. Shop and Business Listings

8.1 Business Directory

Members may list their businesses in our directory. You agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and up-to-date
• You have the right to use any photos or content submitted
• SCC may verify business information at any time
• We may remove or modify listings that violate our policies
• Listings do not constitute endorsement by SCC

8.2 Products and Services

Any products or services listed by members are the sole responsibility of those members. SCC is not party to any transactions between members or between members and third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Information provided will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects will be corrected
• Our website or servers are free from viruses or harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SCC and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
